Printer problem:

The printer will not change to a ready status (urgent) (2 of 3)

How the printer was repaired:

The printer will power on and the feed button will remain orange. It has sat for multiple hours without going into a ready status. I am unable to pull the clean head counter info due to the head-unit not allowing connections. I am able to connect to the IACS interface. I can't to connect to the unit via netira via USB or Ethernet. I was able to push a firmware via serial connection but I can't query the printer. Replaced the communications board and everything is working fine.
