Problem: HP LaserJet P4015 in Moundsville, WV reported a fuser error, halting print operations.
Solution: Technician replaced the maintenance kit on the HP LaserJet P4015, reset the page-count maintenance counter, and verified normal operation through post-repair testing.
Problem: HP Color LaserJet CP4025 producing lines at the bottom of printed pages. Problem persisted after the customer replaced all toner cartridges and emptied the waste toner container.
Solution: Diagnosed the root cause as a worn ITU (CE249A) and a faulty Tray 2 feed roller (RM1-0037). A repair quote was issued; the customer declined service and the call was closed.
