Solution: Inspection revealed the tray 2 pickup roller assembly had dislodged and both the pickup roller (RM2-0062) and separation roller (RM2-0064) were heavily worn. Replaced both assemblies, cleaned the feed path, and tested — printer returned to normal operation.

Solution: Cleaned entire machine and inspected feed assemblies for trays 2–5. Located a small torn paper fragment lodged at the paper feed roller assembly sensor behind tray 1. Solution: Replaced fuser RM2-6431, ADF pickup roller B3Q10-60105, ADF separation pad B3Q10-40080, and Tray 2 separation roller RM2-5881 in an initial visit. Solution: Disassembled the printer to locate the missing transparent sticker lodged internally, removed it, reassembled, and tested — paper path cleared with normal operation confirmed.
Problem: HP Color LaserJet M477 in Waltham, MA producing vertical lines running down copied output across all three reported instances.
Solution: Technician cleaned the ADF glass on the HP Color LaserJet M477. Post-cleaning test copies confirmed the vertical line defect was eliminated with no remaining issues.

Solution: Technician inspected the HP CLJ MFP M477fnw, addressed multiple identified issues, cleaned internal components, and tested the unit to confirm proper operation.
Problem: HP LaserJet P3005x producing poor print quality with smearing, smudging, and vertical stripes down each page.
Solution: Identified a defective toner cartridge (91% life remaining) causing vertical striping. After a second replacement cartridge showed specking, a third cartridge from an alternate vendor resolved the image quality issue. Original defective toner was submitted for warranty processing.
Problem: HP LaserJet 4250 producing lines in printed output, traced to fuser assembly failure.
Solution: Diagnosed line defects by swapping a known-good fuser, confirming small cuts in the heating element film of the original unit. Replaced fuser assembly (RM1-1082-090CN) and verified clean output across test prints.
Problem: HP LaserJet M806 reporting error 13.B9.A2 with repeated paper jams occurring in the duplex unit.
Solution: Technician visited the Everett, MA site, located and cleared multiple sheets jammed in the duplex unit, then tested the printer to confirm normal operation.
