Problem: HP LaserJet 600 M602 reported persistent paper jamming in a Longmont, CO office.
Solution: Installed a maintenance kit on the HP LaserJet 600 M602, reset the maintenance counter, then verified jam-free operation and acceptable print quality.
Problem: Erie, CO business requested replacement of an aging HP LaserJet 4240n with a recertified HP LaserJet M607n, requiring delivery, installation, and disposal of the retired unit.
Solution: Delivered and installed the recertified HP LaserJet M607n. Coordinated with the customer's IT staff to load printer drivers for all networked users. Removed and disposed of the retired HP LaserJet 4240n per customer request.

Solution: Performed quarterly PM on HP Color LaserJet CP3525. Inspected all major assemblies, cleaned internal components as needed, and verified full operation through test output.
