Problem: Customer in Miami Beach, FL required a new 24" wide-format plotter for their location.
Solution: A new HP DesignJet T120 24" plotter was procured and shipped directly to the customer's Miami Beach location.
Problem: HP DesignJet 6100ps plotter reported printhead issues affecting output quality.
Solution: Technician cleaned carriage contacts and printheads, cycled power with printheads removed, then reinstalled. Customer replaced the maintenance cartridge. Two new printheads were installed; alignment and calibration passed with improved print quality.
Problem: HP DesignJet T730 36" wide-format plotter reporting error code 0042-0117.
Solution: Diagnosed error 0042-0117 and found the carriage belt had derailed. Reinstalled the belt, cleaned the unit, then returned to replace the carriage belt (CQ893-67016) and right-side pulley. Machine tested operational upon completion.
