Problem: HP LaserJet P2035 would not pick up paper from Tray 2. Customer reported print quality was acceptable but the printer failed to feed sheets consistently.
Solution: Diagnosed worn Tray 2 pickup roller (RM1-6414) and separation pad (RM1-6397) as the cause of the feed failure. Replaced both components, cleaned the printer, and tested to confirm reliable paper pickup.
Problem: HP LaserJet 2430 in Colton, CA was jamming and printing blank pages.
Solution: Technician identified a bent electrical contact on the inner left side of the printer that had lost contact with the toner cartridge, causing blank output. The contact was straightened, restoring proper cartridge communication. Printer was cleaned and tested with confirmed full-quality image output.

Problem: HP Color LaserJet 700 MFP M775 reported a persistent fuser error 50.B1.21, occurring 2–3 times daily; cycling power provided only temporary relief.
Solution: Replaced the fuser assembly on the HP CLJ 700 MFP M775 and reset the fuser supply counter. Inspected all paper trays and feed rollers, cleaned the registration transport, and wiped down exterior covers. Advised the customer that per the service manual, the fuser count resets automatically after 100
Problem: HP LaserJet M4345 MFP required a maintenance kit, a full Tray 3 assembly replacement, and a Tray 2 solenoid replacement.
Solution: Technician printed configuration, supplies status, and usage pages on arrival — no jams detected from any tray. All customer-supplied parts were installed: full maintenance kit, complete Tray 3 assembly, and Tray 2 solenoid. Post-install, 30 pages were run from Trays 2 and 3 individually with no jam
